Lauren Moore is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing who has successfully translated her leadership and operational experience in healthcare into entrepreneurship.

In 2023, Lauren founded Taps and Vine Social House, a coffee shop and social gathering space that has grown into a successful local business. Through Taps and Vine, she oversees the day-to-day realities of operating and growing a customer-focused business, including team leadership, customer experience, operations, and strategic growth.

At JCOLM Ventures, Lauren brings that same attention to detail and hospitality-focused mindset to the company’s properties and investments.

Co-Founder | Real Estate & Technology

Jacob Moore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Systems Technology, specializing in networking and security. He has worked in the Managed Security Services industry since 2012, building extensive experience in technology, cybersecurity, operations, and business strategy.

Jacob began investing in real estate in 2015, building a portfolio that includes multiple long-term rental properties. In 2026, JCOLM Ventures expanded into the short-term rental market, adding a vacation rental to the company’s growing portfolio.

His combination of technology expertise, real-estate experience, and entrepreneurial thinking helps drive JCOLM Ventures' approach to identifying opportunities, improving properties, and building investments designed for long-term value.

Together, Lauren and Jacob bring complementary backgrounds in business operations, hospitality, technology, and real estate to JCOLM Ventures. What began with long-term rental investments has continued to evolve into a broader portfolio of properties and businesses.
